About The Planner / Artist - Ruth Loewen is a dedicated mother of four, who began her business out of her passion for art and creativity. Enchanted Moments was founded in 2009 starting out as a custom stationery design studio. After many years of creating custom stationery for clients, Ruth found that during her consultations for stationery she would also end up assisting the couples in planning their wedding. Whether it was organizing a timeline for the wedding day or recommending vendors and creative ideas for the décor, Ruth's passion for all things wedding took her farther than just stationery. After careful consideration Ruth acquired her WPIC certification and expanded her business to include wedding planning services. She loves what she does and is dedicated to her clients and their vision for their wedding.
